Phase 2 of Lineville Road construction finished in Village of Howard; roadway is officially open

HOWARD, Wis. (WFRV) - The Village of Howard has announced that Phase 2 of construction on Lineville Road is complete.
According to a Facebook post from the Village of Howard has been completed and the roadway is officially open.
Brown County reports that during the week of November 10, permanent pavement markings have been installed throughout the work zone, improving visibility and safety.
The report also states new street lighting is now active between Belmont Road and Velp Avenue, and a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) has been installed and activated near the intersection of CTH M and Condor Lane to enhance pedestrian safety.

Permanent signage installations across the work zone have been completed, according to the release, and landscaping repairs addressing construction-related rut damage are finished. Additionally, Brown County says they have repaired an asphalt patch near the Urban Edge driveway, and the Village of Howard has removed the blue business detour signs.
Temporary traffic signals have been installed at the intersection of Velp Ave and White Pine Rd and construction operations are said to resume in Spring 2025.
