by Kelsey Penrose Dirty Dough Cookie Company hosted its grand opening Friday morning with a ribbon cutting, free cookies (which will continue until 2 p.m.!), a visit from the Cookie Monster, cookie eating contests and more. Dirty Dough is a national franchise known for their stuffed cookies, and Carson City’s location is owned by locals Rosy and Marlon Flores. Dirty Dough is located at 2158 E. William St. next to Grocery Outlet.
