Missing teen: Have you seen Angel Phillips?

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Police Department needs your help finding a teenager who went missing months ago. 15-year-old Angel Phillips was reported missing on September 26, 2024. She was last seen around Aurora Street in the City of Rochester. No further details about Angel have been released. RPD is asking anyone with information on Angel's whereabouts to call 911.
