(KRON) -- A 19-year-old Windsor resident who is accused of defacing a building with gang symbols was arrested on vandalism and gun charges Wednesday, according to the Windsor Police Department. Police started an investigation on Oct. 24 after the Windsor Masonic Lodge at 371 Windsor River Road was allegedly repeatedly defaced with gang-related graffiti. The symbols would be “promptly covered up, only to reappear the next day,” Windsor PD said. Windsor police investigate ‘brazen’ shooting Angel Barragan, 19, of Windsor, was identified as the suspect in the incidents, police said. The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office SWAT team and Windsor police executed a search warrant on Wednesday at a resident on the 600 block of Wild Oak Drive.
