Cold start Friday morning before warming up this afternoon
Nov 15, 2024
What We’re Tracking
Clear, chilly morning
Sunny, mild days ahead
Rain return early next week
With dry air and clear skies through the night, temperatures this morning have dipped into the middle to upper 30s. Winds are light but will start to pick up speed through the afternoon.
We'll stay dry for Friday with plenty of sunshine to wrap up the work week. Temperatures will stay mild in the middle to upper 60s later today as winds pick up from the south at 15-20 mph.
Winds will hold up through the night, so we may only drop into the 40s by early Saturday. A few clouds will filter through and a stray shower or two is possible, although most stay dry for the start of the weekend.
Our next boundary moves in on Sunday which should help our winds relax. It is possible we see a few more isolated showers throughout the day, as temperatures cool down slightly in the lower 60s.
We are watching another storm system early next week that could bring more widespread rain starting up on Monday and lingering into the first part of Tuesday before moving off to the east. After that system, cooler weather filters in for a few days.
