HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - The Salvation Army begins this year's Christmas Red Kettle Drive at the Holyoke Mall. When you can watch ‘The Grinch,’ ‘Rudolf,’ ‘Frosty,’ more 2024 holiday specials on 22News The nonprofit organization is working to raise $50,000 in donations to address food insecurity among the elderly and homeless in Holyoke, Chicopee, South Hadley, and Granby. The funds will help programs and services at Holyoke Medical Center, LifePoint Church and Tapestry Ministries, along with the assistance of the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts and Spoonfuls. The campaign launches Friday at 11 a.m. inside the Holyoke Mall with Christmas carols by the Holyoke High School Choir. To find a location near you or to donate online visit salvationarmy.org.
