Vehicle crash on I95 in Richmond caused delays

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused delays for drivers in the city of Richmond. The crash was first reported by VDOT around 5:45 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, and was located on I-95 South near the Broad Street exit. According to VDOT, the south left shoulder, left lane and center lane were all closed. VDOT reported the crash scene was cleared around 6:45 a.m.
