SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) -- A man was arrested for stealing a car and threatening another person with a gun and a knife, according to SFPD spokesman Sam Clemens. Veterans Parkway speed limit changing to 50 mph Police were able to locate the man and the vehicle and arrested Christian Bellgayetaye, 24, from Sioux Falls for robbery, aggravated assault and grand theft. No injuries were reported in the incident.
