OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - The Oklahoma City Police Department on Friday, announced in partnership with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol a traffic safety enforcement event alerting Oklahomans to drive safe. Traffic Safety Enforcement begins November 17th, Image courtesy OKCPD According to police officials, the traffic safety enforcement event will begin next week, November 17th - 23rd, enforcing traffic violations on Lake Hefner Parkway (NW 63rd - NW 150th), and Broadway Extension (Memorial - NW 63rd). Authorities say research has found that a significant number of drivers are doing dangerous speeds in these areas. Don't forget to buckle up Oklahoma!
