ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A man has been arrested in connection to an investigation into a statutory rape of a minor, the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office says. Joshua Obrien Hayes, 32, of Reidsville, was arrested Thursday on charges of statutory rape of a child under the age of 15 and selling/delivering methamphetamine to a minor 13 years of age or under. Joshua Obrien Hayes (Rockingham County Sheriff's Office) Hayes was arrested and placed in the Rockingham County Detention Facility under no bond.
