Lexington Police searching for woman with mental health issues

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– The Lexington Police Department says to be on the lookout for a woman with known mental health issues.
Police say 29-year-old Gladys Fischer was last seen when she was released from the Lexington County Detention Center on Monday, November 4.
She was wearing all-black clothing when she was booked, says LPD.
Officers say it is unknown if she left from the detention center on foot or in a vehicle.
Also, she was most recently in possession of a 2015 silver Ford Focus with an Ohio tag of JBE4580.
Fischer has a history of severe paranoid schizophrenia, and she is prescribed medication but it is unknown if she has taken her prescriptions.
Additionally, Fischer is originally from Ohio so she may be utilizing hotels or people she befriends, according to police.
