Class A Championship - 9:00 a.m.
Velva-Drake-Anamoose-Garrison Aggies vs. Kindred Vikings
PREVIEW: The Class A championship is a will feature some familiar faces. The Aggies and Vikings made the Dakota Bowl a combined five times in the last four seasons. The Vikings won it all in their last two appearances.
The Aggies have their work cut out for them, looking for revenge after falling to Kindred in the first game of the season, 13-6. Through the first three games of the postseason, Velva has been averaging a little over 55 points per game, so it'll be up to the Kindred defense to try and limit their production.
FIRST HALF: The game was a defensive battle to start out, but Kindred broke through first on a touchdown from Jake Starcevic. A few flags on the Vikings and two interceptions by Kindred gave Velva many opportunities to respond, and they did after the first pick, scoring on a touchdown by Reggie Bruner.
SECOND HALF: The Vikings came out and looked to build momentum, but a goal-line stand for Velva turned the game around completely. A 98-yard touchdown pass gave the Aggies the lead, and they never looked back. Two more picks cost Kindred, and even though they punched in a touchdown in the fourth, they got stifled on their two-point conversion attempt, keeping them behind Velva for the rest of the game.

New Rockford-Cheyenne Rockets vs. LaMoure-Litchfield-Marion Loboes
PREVIEW: This brawl between two undefeated teams will be a test of determination. The Loboes and Rockets have both scored at least 46 points in every game of the postseason, while giving up no more than 28.
Lamoure last won the 9-Man championship in 2021, while New Rockford hasn't won (or made an appearance in the Dakota Bowl) in 12 years. The Rockets defeated the Loboes in the quarterfinals last season.

West Fargo Horace Hawks vs. Grand Forks Red River Roughriders
PREVIEW: A lot will be riding on this battle as Grand Forks Red River is playing in its first Dakota Bowl appearance since 1987, while West Fargo Horace is playing in its first Dakota Bowl in team history. The Roughriders defeated the Hawks in their regular season match this season, 13-7.
Red River remains undefeated at 11-0, playing only two games decided by one possession. Horace is 9-2, looking for a Dakota Bowl victory in their third season as a varsity team.
