Multiple teams have been hampered so early in the season This Instagram post vis @ESPN listed the most recent injuries to key players throughout the league.

Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant suffered a hip injury and will be out multiple weeks.
2023’s Rookie of the Year Paolo Banchero tore his right oblique and will be re-evaluated in four to six weeks.
Suns’ superstar Kevin Durant obtained a left calf sprain and will be out at least two weeks.
Perpetual injury-plagued Clipper Kawhi Leonard has an knee injury and will be out multiple weeks.
Long-time victim Zion Williamson has a left hamstring strain and is out indefinitely.
Lonzo Ball returned form two seasons out and his severely overpriced sneakers barely hit the floor before acquiring a wrist injury.
Newly crowned NBA champion Kristaps Porzingis has landed a foot injury and is out for the remainder of the month.
Kris Middleton is out indefinitely with an ankle injury.
2024 NBA Rookie of the Year runner-up Chet Holmgren took a hard fall causing a right iliac hip fracture and is out eight to ten weeks.
2023 league MVP Joel Embiid has been out for left knee management.
C. J. McCollum is currently week to week due to a right adductor strain.
2024’s Most Improved Player Tyrese Maxey obtained a right hamstring strain and will be re-evaluated in another week.
2023 NBA champion Aaron Gordon has been afflicted a right calf strain and has been sidelined for multiple weeks.
Former Spurs guard Dejounte Murray has a left hand fracture and will be out four to six weeks.
2022’s Rookie of the Year Scottie Barnes is out indefinitely with an orbital fracture.
And perpetual underdog Jimmy Butler is day-to-day with a sprained right ankle.
That’s sixteen key players, and the league is just thirteen games into the season.
