Vehicle crash on I95 in Richmond causes delays

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A vehicle crash on Interstate 95 is causing delays for drivers in the city of Richmond. The crash was first reported by VDOT around 5:45 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, and is located on I-95 South near the Broad Street exit.
