CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – A group of Clovis teens are in custody Thursday night charged for a deadly robbery attempt. Clovis police said they were dispatched near a childhood learning center where they found 26-year-old Marcos Ramirez shot and lying in the road. He later died from his injuries. Two other 16-year-old victims were also taken to the hospital. Man sentenced for hitting, killing 10-year-old in stolen vehicle During the investigation, police found the shooting stemmed from a robbery attempt. 15-year-old Gustavo Herrera Jr., 15, 16-year-old Jacob Lovato, and Jacob Garcia are in custody. Police are still searching for another suspect, Diego Corona. If you have any information on his whereabouts, you are asked to call Clovis police.
