CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – A group of Clovis teens are in custody Thursday night charged for a deadly robbery attempt. Clovis police said they were dispatched near a childhood learning center where they found 26-year-old Marcos Ramirez shot and lying in the road. He later died from his injuries. Two other 16-year-old victims were also taken to the hospital. Man sentenced for hitting, killing 10-year-old in stolen vehicle During the investigation, police found the shooting stemmed from a robbery attempt. 15-year-old Gustavo Herrera Jr., 15, 16-year-old Jacob Lovato, and Jacob Garcia are in custody.
