NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is trying to solve a pair of scooter theft heists, each with a couple of suspects. The cases are the latest ones to roll on the Wheel of Justice The most recent case happened on Oct. 1 in the 4500 block of North Robertson Street. Police are looking for a man and woman, both of whom are identified as suspects in the case. According to the NOPD, the man arrived stole a scooter at the scene. Later, the pair returned on a second scooter. 3 November 11 New Orleans murders, all still unsolved The second case happened on July 27 in the 2700 block of Bruxelles Street. According to police, a man and woman stole a scooter that was later found abandoned in the 1700 block of Gentilly Boulevard. According to police, the scooter had a dead battery, damaged ignition, and a missing license plate. The NOPD released security camera footage of all four suspects. There's no indication from police that the two cases are related.
