(COLORADO SPRING) — CSPD sent out an alert that the shelter-in-place has been lifted.

The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) has issued the second shelter-in-place for the evening of Thursday, Nov. 14, around 8:30 p.m. for the area around North Nevada Avenue and East Madison Street, near Penrose Hospital.

According to the CSPD emergency alert, police are asking people to stay away from the area, and for those living nearby to stay indoors, lock windows and doors, and stay away from them as officers search for a wanted suspect.
CSPD said that the suspect was last seen in a gray t-shirt, boxer briefs, and handcuffs.
