Candidate: Republicans lost because Onondaga County GOP ‘underperformed’ (Your Letters)

To the Editor:For a third consecutive year, Republican candidates in Onondaga County underperformed due to a failure to act by party leadership. Every Republican candidate who ran in Onondaga County lost with the exception of Assemblyman John Lemondes. Lemondes’s victory should still raise the alarm, as he got a smaller portion of the vote than ever before.
