Town of Onondaga, N.Y. — A 21-year-old Central New York man has died after being injured in a rollover crash in the town of Onondaga, deputies said Thursday.Riley Besner, 21, of Cayuga County, died Thursday morning, said Tom Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
