Four juvenile males – age 15 to 16 -- were charged Thursday morning with murder after a gun deal “went bad” in the Hilltop Shopping Center parking lot on West 21st Street in Clovis. Court records allege Marcos Ramirez, 26, met the boys late Wednesday afternoon to sell them a gun.
