RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond's new amphitheater has announced its first concert date coming up in June. The Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront has set its first concert date for Saturday, June 21 -- featuring American country singer, Dwight Yoakam. Tickets will be available for presale starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10 and will go on sale to the general public starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 22. The Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront is located at 470 Tredegar Street in Richmond -- situated beside the historic James River area near Richmond's exquisite skyline.
