GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - The Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge will be temporarily closed for maintenance. The City of Green Bay released a statement saying the Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge will be closed temporarily for maintenance on Thursday, November 21 to vehicles and pedestrians starting at 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The release states traffic will be impacted over the bridge on Dousman Street and Main Street over the Fox River with closures east of the Fox River on Main Street at North Washington Street and west of the Fox River on Dousman Street at North Broadway. Adams Street lot to close permanently for downtown Green Bay luxury apartment project The City of Green Bay says there will be a detour on North Broadway, East Walnut, and North Monroe Avenue as access to residences and businesses remains maintained. The city also reminds residents that all closures, detours, and work operations are subject to change and motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes.
