MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) - Police in southeastern Wisconsin are investigating an incident in which a 2-year-old ran into traffic and was hit by a vehicle, later dying from their injuries. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the incident occurred Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, shortly before 12:30 p.m. on the 6800 block of North 60th Street in Milwaukee. The child was transported to a nearby hospital, where they later died. The driver of the vehicle, a 41-year-old man, remained on the scene and was taken into custody.
