Green Bay firefighters rescue individual from vehicle crash in East River

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Early Wednesday morning, Green Bay Metro firefighters rescued an individual from the East River after a vehicle crashed into it.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department responded to the call at 3:45 a.m. and found one person in the water who had managed to escape the vehicle but was struggling to reach the shore.

Firefighters quickly entered the river and safely brought the individual to land.
