EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Happy Thursday, Borderland! Today and tomorrow will bring warmer-than-normal temperatures, with Friday being the warmest day of the week.  Tomorrow a high of 79 is expected with light winds and a low near 50. Active weather conditions are in store for Saturday bringing along 10-15 mph winds that can gust up to 25 mph and rain chances near midnight. Temperatures will still be warmer than average with a high near 75 and a low around 51.  On Sunday, the rain showers stick around for much of the day, cooling us down to about 61-degrees with a low near 42. Come Monday will stick in the lower 60 range for the high and low 40s for the low – winds will persist as well clocking 15-20 mpg, gusting up to 30 mph.  That storm system will make its way out of our region Monday into Tuesday night leaving us with mostly sunny skies and cooler temperatures. Tuesday’s high will be around 59, with a low that will hit or be very close to freezing.  We’ll continue to drop in temperatures a few degrees until Thursday with overnight lows in the 30s until Friday when we see another gradual warm-up.  Next Saturday conditions will be calm and cool, with a high near 61.
