Syracuse, N.Y. – A Syracuse man who previously pleaded guilty to attempted murder for shooting at a woman admitted Wednesday that he fatally shot a 19-year-old man.Quess Williams, 20, shot Mikere Rondinello after a fight outside Rondinello’s home at 634 Richmond Ave. around 9 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2022.
