More than 200 homes have been sold in the 8,000-acre Jordanelle Ridge community, according to its developer. Raintree, a development firm behind residential communities in Nevada, Colorado, California and Arizona, is developing the community in Heber City.Builders include Pulte, Toll Brothers, Lennar and PH Omni by PureHaven Homes, according to a press release. Jordanelle Ridge is located just north of Heber City’s Main Street and borders the southern edge of the Jordanelle Reservoir. The plan is to develop approximately 3,000 of its 8,000 acres. “Jordanelle Ridge is lifted above the valley on the hillside, with breathtaking views of the mountains, lakes and rivers below,” said Cody Winterton, division president of Raintree Investment Corporation and master developer for Jordanelle Ridge. “From the views and stunning home sites to the endless summer and winter recreational opportunities, Jordanelle Ridge is unlike any other community in the world.” The homes range from town homes and single-family residences to custom homesites with access to the upcoming Tiger Woods golf course. Toll Brothers, Lennar and PH Omni by PureHaven Homes at Jordanelle Ridge have nearly sold out of their first phases with sales quickly progressing, according to Raintree. Pulte Group recently opened its Deep Creek collection in the community. Lennar is already selling its third phase, featuring both single-family homes and townhomes across four distinct collections with 11 floor plans to choose from. Lennar has several move-in ready homes available with prices starting around $500, the press release said. Toll Brothers at Jordanelle Ridge has nearly sold out its first initial 30 home sites, with some move-in homes still available, ranging from 3,400 to 4,000 square feet and priced around $950,000. At its launch, the community offered a selection of five floor plans in both single-story and two-story designs. A new phase, featuring additional home sites and home designs, is scheduled to open for sale in early 2025, the press release said. PH Omni by PureHaven Homes is developing Timp Grove at Jordanelle Ridge. Timp Grove is a collection of 27 luxury home sites that offer eight home designs ranging in size from 3,700 to 5,200 square feet with prices starting at $1.8 million. Pulte Homes’ Deep Creek at Jordanelle Ridge recently began selling single-family homes in its Canyon Series, which includes six home designs ranging from 2,448 to 2,920 square feet. Prices start in the mid $800s with move-in homes available. Its three-story Peak townhomes are now pre-selling with four home designs available and prices starting in the low $700s, the developer said. “Jordanelle Ridge is the embodiment of ‘live where you play,’” said Winterton. “Our location is ideal for the adventurer — whether it’s taking a morning yoga class at our Sports Club, biking along our top-rated trails, snowmobiling across the hillsides or skiing at the neighboring resorts. Jordanelle Ridge is in the center of it all.” To learn more about Jordanelle Ridge, or to request information on available homes and home sites, visit jordanelleridge.com.
