Crews respond to fire at Presidential Place Apartments in Cranston

CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — Firefighters were called to report of a fire at the Presidential Place Apartments in Cranston on Thursday morning.
The call came in around 11 a.m. at 70 Lincoln Avenue.
According to the Cranston Fire Chief Robert Ryan, the fire originated in a hallway.
No residents were displaced, and no residents were hurt.
11 trucks responded to the scene.
Ryan told ABC6 the automatic response for any multi-family home will bring a lot of firefighters.
