ESTILL COUNTY, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — A county-wide boil water advisory has been issued for Estill County. Officials say crews with the Estill County Water District are working on a new line under the Irvine Bridge. Residents are advised to boil their tap water for at least three minutes before use as a precaution until further notice.
