BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Caroline's Cookies is opening another location in Baton Rouge. The bakery shared in a Facebook post that its newest spot will be at 7575 Jefferson Highway, Suite D, in the Coterie Exchange across from Towne Center. The grand opening is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 15. The hours will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. A special menu for the new location's opening will include chocolate chip, cookies & cream, circus, vanilla sprinkle, wedding cake, brownie sandwich, strawberry poptart, blueberry lemon, oreo swirl and toffee cake. Fans of Caroline's Cookies can still get freshly baked treats along with edible cookie dough bites, cookie cakes and slices. According to the post, fans can expect plenty of inside seating and a space to have birthday parties or small celebrations. Caroline's Cookies has another store at 10001 Perkins Rowe.
