WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- Some customers in Northwest D.C. are experiencing a water outage due to utility repairs. DC Water reported that customers in the 5500-5900 blocks of 16th Street between Kennedy and Oglethorpe Streets, 1400 block of Montague Street between 14th and 16th Streets and 1400 block of Manchester Lane between 14th and 16th Streets are being impacted.
