TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Investigators are actively working to determine who fired bullets on Wednesday afternoon near a neighborhood in Cutler, the Tulare County Sheriff's Office announced. Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies say around 12:10 p.m. on Wednesday they responded to the 40600 block of Lincoln Road in Cutler for reports of shots fired. Investigators say they found bullet casings in the roadway; however, officers were unable to locate any victims. Tulare County Detectives say no suspects have been identified at this time but ask anyone with any information regarding the incident to contact the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at 559-733-6218.
