CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – The Clovis Police Department is investigating a shoot that left one man dead and two others injured near a childhood learning center. Around 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, officers were sent to Mitchell St. about a shooting and a man who was down in the street. Officers determined there were multiple shooting victims. Appeals court upholds Fabian Gonzales' conviction Three victims were located and taken to Plains Regional Medical Center. One did not survive and the conditions of the other two are not known. Police have not released the name of the man who died. A vehicle crash was reported near the shooting, police are investigating whether it was involved.
