Nov 13, 2024
(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The City of Colorado Springs has released a new survey to gather community feedback on the Parking and Curb Management Plan impacting Downtown and the Old Colorado City (OCC) areas.
The City released an earlier survey in July, seeking feedback from community members and business owners on their experiences with parking in Downtown and OCC. The City said survey responses would be used by to help craft the city’s parking and curbside plan.

The new survey, available on the City's website, includes a mapping feature where you can drop pins to indicate where you would like to see new public EV vehicle charging spaces and curbside flexible loading spaces.
The accompanying survey form on the right side of the map will ask participants to rate their support for other types of proposed parking and curb improvement strategies that emerged in the first community survey and analysis.
Following this second community engagement phase, the City will publish a draft of the plan in January 2025, and looks to complete the planning process in March and begin work on implementation.
