CHAVES COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) — FEMA officials are in Roswell to help people affected by recent flooding. A town hall is being held Wednesday, November 13 at the Eastern New Mexico University Roswell Campus at 5:30 pm. Residents who have been affected by flooding will have a chance to hear directly from officials and ask them questions about recovery subjects.
