METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) — Ahead of Jefferson Parish's Bicentennial, the Jefferson Chamber Foundation unveiled a poster commemorating its 200th anniversary. Local artist Becky Fos created the piece that foundation organizers said "captured the unique spirit and vibrant atmosphere of Jefferson Parish."
