TPSO Narcotics detectives and DEA special agents with the New Orleans Field Office collaborated after reportedly intercepting a 5 lbs package of Crystal Methamphetamine aka "ICE" worth about $80,000. Toney was arrested and booked on charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a firearm with a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
