EPCC says their campus closet was held at the Valle Verde AST Building Flexitorium and all clothes were taken within three hours.
The campus closet is designed to benefit students and the community who might not have access to items such as clothing or shoes, according to EPCC.
“This is so helpful, I have a large family so when things like this happen, I try to stock up as much as I can,” Melinda Hernandez, a EPCC CaTS staff member, said. “Oh my, it’s so beneficial for the students to get professional clothes and be ready for those job interviews, just to be ready professionally, and this also is so helpful to the staff and EPCC community,” fellow EPCC CaTS staff member Natalie Rodriguez added.
