TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 21-year-old Visalia man was arrested after the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office received information that he was trying to meet with a 13-year-old for sex, deputies say. In August 2024, officials say that the Special Victims Unit received information stating that Tyler See of Visalia had contacted and attempted to meet with the minor. Detectives found evidence that See had used online platforms to identify, contact, and meet with multiple girls, between the ages of 12 and 15.  Four victims have been identified. However, investigators believe additional unidentified victims may exist elsewhere in Tulare County, as well as Kings County, Fresno County, and Kern County. On November 8 the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office filed formal charges and obtained an arrest warrant for See.  Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit served a warrant at See’s home in Visalia and took him into custody.  See was booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on suspicion of child molestation and other allegations. Investigators believe other victims exist and encourage anyone who may have been a victim in this case to contact Sergeant Sara Olmos or Detective David Randolph with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at (559) 733-6218.
