WAKEFIELD, R.I. (WLNE) — A Brockton man was arraigned in Washington County Superior Court for a fight that happened on the Block Island Ferry back in June. Narragansett police arrested a total of seven people after the fight broke out that day, which was captured video and police body cam footage. Two other men were also arrested in connection with the fight. Pina was charged with with felony assault, resisting arrest, obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. Pina pleaded not guilty, with a personal recognizance set at $1,000. He signed a waiver of extradition, and was also issued a no contact order. His pre-trial court date is set for January 8.
