MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- An 89-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in Oxford, Mississippi, according to authorities. When they arrived, officers found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. They were pronounced dead on the scene, police say. Reports say Herman Slack, of Oxford, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. The investigation is ongoing.
