MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A couple of alleged burglars are accused of crashing into a Memphis Police cruiser on Tuesday.
MPD responded to a burglary call at North Second Street and Greenlaw Avenue in Upton around 3:30 a.m.

When the suspects on the scene saw officers arrive, they backed their car into the driver's side fender of the MPD cruiser and fled the scene.
A second suspect car then backed into the driver's side door of the same MPD cruiser. Police say the driver and passenger got out and fled the area on foot.
Man accused of shooting FedEx employee released without bond
The second vehicle showed to have been stolen.
MPD says no one was injured and no arrests were made.
