Try these dessert recipes for your Thanksgiving dinner

(WGHP) — After a big meal of turkey and dressing on Thanksgiving, you have to enjoy a dessert or two. Cupcake Cuties Cafe and Bakery showed us some ways to spice up the traditional favorites.
Pecan Pie Bars
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
¾ c butter cubed
Filling:
4 eggs
1 ½ cups corn syrup
1 ½ cups sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 ½ cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes
For the filling, whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Spread over hot crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely and cut into bars.
Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats
Ingredients:
7 cups Rice Krispie cereal
12 oz marshmallows
3 tbsps butter
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/8 cup pumpkin puree
Directions:
Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows to melted butter. Add spice and pumpkin. Press the mixture in a greased 9x13 pan. Cool completely then cut.
Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs yolks
1 tbsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp pumpkin spice
1 tbsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Cinnamon sugar ¼ cup sugar ½ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. The butter will melt, foam and then turn amber brown. When it smells nutty, remove from the heat. Pour the browned butter into a large mixing bowl. Let the butter cool. Whisk the sugars into the butter. Whisk the eggs yolks, vanilla, and pumpkin. Add the dry ingredients, but don't overmix. Stir cinnamon and sugar together. Scoop dough into a ball and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 8-11 minutes.
Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Balls
Ingredients:
10 Christmas Tree Cakes
4 oz softened cream cheese
White chocolate
Red white chocolate
Green sugar sprinkles
Directions:
Puree all the cakes with a mixer. Add the softened cream cheese. Scoop into small balls. Chill. Dip balls into melted white chocolate. Let dry and then decorate with melted red chocolate and green sprinkles
