BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — The North Dakota Heritage Center will be bustling with activity this week as the Turtle Mountain Heritage Showcase takes place to entertain, and educate people about Native American culture and tourism. Les Thomas and Stacey LaCompte from the North Dakota Tourism Alliance & Turtle Mountain Heritage joined the Good Day Dakota team to tell us more about the second annual Native American Heritage Month celebration. It will take place Friday, November 15th and Saturday, November 16th. This free event will include performances and story telling, traditional foods, vendors and more. All are welcome to attend.
