BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) -- Holly Carey of Cat Haven introduced Foxy, a beautiful 5-year-old orange cat. Foxy can be shy at first but will warm up to you after she gets to know you. Since she's fully grown, her adoption fee is $125. She's already been spayed and is vaccinated. Click here to fill out an adoption application. Cat Haven has multiple cats available for adoption. You can choose from other full-grown cats that may have a different color fur or you can adopt a kitten. Kitten adoption fees are $135. Anyone can stop by Cat Haven to meet the precious, adoptable felines in person. Visitors can stop in between noon and 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and between noon and 4 p.m. on Sundays. Let the animal spend some time living with you and getting used to having a loving family. If you think you and the cat are a great fit, you can start the adoption process. If fostering is not an option either, you can still help the shelter by making monetary donations or sending in donations of cat supplies. The local rescue is hosting a pet portrait fundraiser throughout November called Renoir or Faux Paw. Pet owners can receive a special portrait of their beloved pet.
