Evergreen Park DEALING ALLEGED: Keith Williams, 57, 1900 block of Canal Street, Blue Island, was arrested Nov. 1 at 88th Street and Kedzie Avenue after officers recovered nearly 28 grams of Psylocibin, about 105 grams of cannabis in multiple plastic sandwich bags, 16 grams of THC wax and a burnt glass drug pipe, police said. Williams is charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and manufacture/delivery of up to 500 grams of cannabis, according to a court spokesperson. GUN POSSESSION: Daniel A. Comage, 31, Chicago, was arrested and accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon Nov. 8 at 94th Street and Kedzie Avenue after an officer recovered a loaded .38 caliber revolver during a traffic stop and determined he lacked state-required gun permits, police said. AGGRAVATED BATTERY: Kyla Jenkins, 26, Chicago, was accused of aggravated battery Nov. 11 in the 9700 block of Western Avenue after pushing a police officer away while refusing to identify herself or comply with verbal commands, police said. The officer was arresting her on a retail theft charge in Vernon Hills, police said. Homewood DUI CRASH: Bruce Moorhouse, 67, 1700 block of Maple Road, Homewood, was arrested Oct. 16 at 175th Street and Dixie Highway and accused of drunken driving and failing to reduce speed to avoid a collision, police said. Midlothian STABBING ARREST: Two juveniles stabbed at about 11:40 p.m. Friday during a brawl in the 14500 block of Knox Avenue were taken to a hospital in serious to critical condition, police said. Officers questioned an unnamed suspect at the police station, police said. Monee CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE: Quincy A. Onalaja, 28, 17100 block of Everett Avenue, South Holland, is scheduled to appear in Will County court Nov. 22, charged with two counts of continuing a financial criminal enterprise and one count of possessing a counterfeit credit/debit card, according to court records online. Officers arrested Onalaja Oct. 16 outside a truck stop at Interstate 57 and Monee-Manhattan Road after recovering eight commercial gas cards from him that were tied to at least $3,500 in fraudulent gasoline purchases, police said. New Lenox BURGLARIES ALLEGED: Sakira T. Johnson, 29, 200 block of 144th Street, Dolton is scheduled to appear in Will County court Dec. 3 on five counts of burglary and one count of identity theft, according to sheriff’s and court records online. Johnson took car keys from an unsecured locker at LA Fitness, 2431 E. Lincoln Highway, June 17, used the keys to enter a vehicle, take a debit card from a wallet, police said. She returned June 19, took another person’s wallet, police said. PROSTITUTION ALLEGED: The owner of the Shangra-la Spa, 280 E. Lincoln Highway, was arrested Friday after agreeing to accept a tip to end a massage with a sexual act, police said. Lihua Yin, 60, of Frankfort, is accused of prostitution and operating a massage facility without proper state licensing Oak Lawn GUN POSSESSION: Yousef M. Qasem, 27, 10300 block of Parkside Avenue, Oak Lawn, was arrested Nov. 1 in the 10300 block of Washington Avenue and subsequently charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and illegal possession of a controlled substance after officers recovered a loaded .40 caliber handgun reported stolen out of Chicago with an extended magazine and a 27-gram mushroom candy bar containing psilocybin from his vehicle, police said. Qasem, who led officers on a mile-long chase, was also charged with aggravated fleeing/eluding, police said. BURGLARY: Officers responding to an early morning Nov. 1 burglary alarm at The Old Town Smoke Shop, 5370 95th St., found an exterior window broken and cash and merchandise missing. OFFENDER REGISTRATION: Freddy Ayala, 47, 4100 block of Arnold Place, Oak Lawn, was arrested Nov. 4 at 95th Street and Tripp Avenue for failing to annually register with the Illinois State Police murderer and violent offender against youth database, police said. Ayala was convicted in Cook County of murder in the death of an 18-year-old when he was 19, according to Illinois State Police. Orland Park DUI CRASH: Roman R. Duran, 28, 9700 block of Ravinia Lane, Orland Park, was arrested and accused of drunken driving, disobeying a traffic light and failing to reduce speed to avoid a collision after an Oct. 19 two-vehicle crash investigation at 144th Street and La Grange Road  that sent both drivers to the hospital, police said. RETAIL THEFT: Police say a Markham man used company keys to open a locked merchandise case on Oct. 22 and take items collectively selling for $876.79 from Walgreens, 7960 159th St. Jeremy G. Hill, 27, 15900 block of Hamlin Avenue, is accused of retail theft and resisting/obstructing arrest, police said. GUN POSSESSION: Janelle N. McGinnis, 33, 500 block of Jeffery Avenue, Calumet City, was arrested Oct. 26 in the 18300 block of La Grange Road and accused of unlawful use of a weapon after officers determined she lacked a concealed carry license after recovering a loaded .380 caliber handgun and a stun gun, police said. Park Forest ARMED VIOLENCE: Vernon G. Pettaway, 47, 200 block of Blackhawk Drive, Park Forest, is scheduled to appear in Cook County court at Maywood on Nov. 21, charged with armed violence, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance, according to police and Cook County sheriff’s records online. Pettaway was arrested Nov. 6 after an officer recovered $1,553 cash in varying denominations and a .45 caliber handgun with the serial numbers defaced with a loaded magazine, police said. Officers searching the car’s trunk recovered a pound of cannabis, 80 grams of gummies infused with psylocibin, nearly four grams of psylocibin, a digital scale, unused plastic sandwich bags and a second, loaded magazine, police said. A search of Pettaway’s garage recovered of more than 4 pounds of cannabis, 47 .45 caliber bullets, two digital scales and cannabis packaging materials, police said. Posen CARJACKING ARREST: One of two men suspected of taking a Harvey woman’s cash and car at gunpoint Friday in the 14600 block of Short Street was arrested 8 miles away at 99th and Halsted streets, police said. Officers subsequently recovered the woman’s car, police said. Will County SEXUAL ASSAULT: An unincorporated Lockport Township man is scheduled to appear in Will County court Dec. 4, charged with predatory criminal sexual assault to a victim younger than 13, according to court records online. James M. Stange, 48, 17000 block of 145th Street, was arrested Oct. 30 after a five-month investigation that began with a complaint from the female juvenile’s guardians, a Will County sheriff’s spokesperson said. CHILD PORNOGRAPHY: Jonathan Gonzalez, 31, 300 block of East Francis Road, unincorporated Will County near New Lenox, was arrested Sunday, charged with three counts of possession of child pornography, according to Will County sheriff’s police and court records online. Gonzalez was questioned in July by deputies, who also conducted a search of his electronics, a sheriff’s spokesperson said. GUN POSSESSION: Carmelo A. Wade, 20, 22500 block of Lakeshore Drive, Richton Park, was arrested Sunday and accused of two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon after a Will County sheriff’s deputy recovered a loaded 19 mm handgun during a traffic stop in an undisclosed block of West Steger Road and determined he lacked state-required gun permits, a sheriff’s spokesperson said. GUN POSSESSION: Donyell L. Taylor, 19, 25800 block of Geranium Lane, Monee, and Shane O. Kizer, 19, 100 block of Lester Road, Park Forest, were arrested Monday and accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of ammunition after Will County sheriff’s deputies recovered a 7.62×39 mm pistol and a 30-round magazine during a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Western Avenue and determined they lacked state-required gun permits, a sheriff’s spokesperson said.
