There will be a gradual warming trend later in the week and as we go through the weekend. Unfortunately, there is not much rain in sight over the next seven days. Another Red Flag Warning has been issued for today. Brush fire risks remain severe to extreme today. Please no outdoor burning and be careful how you discard smoking materials. Also, lawn mowers and other engines can get hot enough to spark a fire...please be careful. Drought conditions continue here in Southern New England.
