MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man cited for allegedly firing a gun at the Wolf River Refuge Trailhead was booked in the Shelby County Jail Tuesday after he failed to make a court appearance. Jordan Davis, 23, is facing a misdemeanor charge of carrying a weapon on recreational property. According to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, the incident happened on September at 9:24 p.m. at the park on South Walnut Bend Loop.
