RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man was shot near a Richmond gas station Tuesday afternoon. Just before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 6100 block of Jahnke Road for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound. According to police, his injuries are not considered life-threatening. Dog who was ‘minutes away from death’ on the mend with RACC A police spokesperson told 8News the call came in from a Richmond gas station. However, they could not confirm if the shooting took place at said gas station or just in the surrounding area. No additional information is available as of the time of reporting.
