(WFRV) - Several people were arrested as part of a patrol operation on I-41 in northern Washington County on Monday. The operation was a collaboration between uniformed officers and the Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Unit, which worked along with K9 units from the Washington County Sheriff's Office and Hartford Police Department. Man in Wisconsin arrested for pushing cafe employee when told restrooms are only for customers According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the key arrests listed were: Driving while intoxicated & resisting arrest A 44-year-old man from Hartford was arrested after striking multiple vehicles and mailboxes in Allenton. According to the release, deputies in the Drug Unit saw the vehicle swerving and driving on the wrong side of STH 33. The suspect vehicle was stopped, and the driver showed signs of intoxication, with a preliminary breath test showing a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.27, about three times the legal limit. The suspect initially resisted, but officers subdued him without injuries. The man faces charges of a 3rd offense OWI, resisting arrest along with numerous traffic violations. Bail jumping: A 35-year-old identified as a man from Georgia was arrested for bail jumping. The man was reportedly a passenger in a car which was stopped for an equipment violation. Deputies detected the scent of alcohol on the man, who was required to be under absolute sobriety due to a pending criminal case. The breath test revealed a BAC of 0.144, and he was subsequently arrested. Possession with intent to deliver: Two men were arrested after a traffic stop revealed a large quantity of illegal drugs in the vehicle. The 41-year-old driver, identified as a Milwaukee man was stopped for a license violation, and deputies detected the smell of marijuana, leading to a search that unveiled 38.64 grams of fentanyl and 103.74 grams of marijuana, according to the release. The driver was arrested on warrants, possession with intent to deliver and aiding a felon. A 35-year-old passenger identified as an Oshkosh man was arrested on a parole violation, as he was deemed to have a violent criminal history. 38-year-old man arrested in connection with death of Wisconsin woman Carrying a concealed weapon A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was found in possession of a stun gun during a stop for an equipment violation. The passenger did not have a concealed carry permit, as the charges were referred to the District Attorney's office. The 29-year-old driver, identified as a Milwaukee man was also cited for possession of Marijuana. No more details on other arrests were provided.
